By registering for the Intro to Voiceover Workshop, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

* Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited.

* Full payment is required to reserve your spot.

* All registrations are final. No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including cancellation, scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or failure to attend the workshop.

* Participants who do not attend the workshop forfeit their registration fee and reserved seat.

* Workshop content, materials, demonstrations, and instruction are the intellectual property of Jessicat Productions and Jessica Trinidad.

* Audio recording, video recording, live streaming, screen recording, or reproduction of workshop content is strictly prohibited.

* Participants may receive copies of their own recorded voiceover exercises or samples when applicable, but may not record or distribute any portion of the workshop instruction or content.

* Jessicat Productions may take photographs and/or short video clips during the workshop for promotional, educational, and social media purposes. By attending the workshop, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in such materials unless a written request is submitted prior to the start of the event.

* Jessicat Productions reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or interferes with the learning experience of others.

By completing registration and payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
